이 연구의 목적은 국내 여성 근로자의 일-가정 전이 영향요인에 관한 개념적 통합모형을 구명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 여성 근로자의 일-가정 전이를 연구한 연구물을 대상으로 문헌분석을 실시하여 총 23편의 유효 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 연구결과로써 첫째, 국내 여성 근로자의 일-가정 전이 영향요인에 관한 개념적 통합모형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 부정적 전이에 부적, 긍정적 전이에 정적인 요인은 35개인 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 전이에 정적, 긍정적 전이에 부적인 요인은 20개인 것으로 나타났고, 효과유형이 다른 전이에 같은 영향을 주는 요인은 5개, 작용방향이 다른 전이에 다른 영향을 주는 요인은 2개로 나타났다. 연구자별 상반된 결과가 나타난 요인은 7개로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 향후 연구를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일-가정 전이와 관련된 양적 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다. 특히, 긍정적 전이에 대한 영향요인을 구명하는 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 영향요인을 세부적으로 구분하고 보다 세밀하게 측정할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 일에서 가정, 가정에서 일로의 작용방향에 따라 상반된 영향을 미치는 요인에 조절효과를 주는 요인을 구명하는 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to bring light to the conceptual integrative model of domestic female workers’ work-family spillover factors. Toward this end, a literature research was conducted through 23 papers about domestic female workers’ work-family spillover factors. The results of this study were as follows. First, a conceptual integrative model of domestic female workers’ work-family spillover factors was extracted. Second, there were 35 factors which have negative effect to negative spillover and positive effect to positive spillover. There were 20 factors which are positive to negative spillover and negative to positive spillover. There were 5 factors which generate same result to different spillover type. There were 2 factors which generate different result to spillover in different direction. There were 7 factors which are conflicting each other by researchers. These are suggestions for future researches. First, further research needs more quantitative researches on work-family spillover. Particularly, researches on positive spillover factors are necessary. Second, measuring the factors are recommended to be detailed. Third, it is necessary to find moderating factors between spillover and factors which generate different result to spillover in different direction.
