본 연구는 셀프리더십 역량에 대한 대기업 종사자와 대학생의 인식차이 및 교육요구도 분석을 통해 셀프리더십을 갖춘 인재육성을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 대기업 종사자 150명 및 대기업 취업을 희망하는 대학생 210명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과로써 첫째, 셀프리더십 역량의 중요도는 동기부여, 목표지향, 과업수행, 자기보상, 자기관리 총 5개의 모든 셀프리더십 역량에서 대기업 종사자의 인식이 대학생의 인식에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 동기부여에 대한 인식차이가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십 역량의 현재수준은 목표지향, 과업수행, 자기보상, 자기관리 총 4개의 셀프리더십 역량에서 대기업 종사자의 인식이 대학생의 인식에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 과업수행과 자기관리에 대한 인식차이가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 셀프리더십 역량의 대기업 종사자와 대학생 교육요구도는 동기부여에서 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 대학생의 셀프리더십 강화를 위한 인식의 전환 및 수행활동의 개선, 동기부여 역량개발의 우선적 필요성을 제시하였다.
초록(영문)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the different perceptions on self-leadership competency between businessmen and college students. To do this, the survey was conducted on 150 businessmen in Korean large enterprise as well as 210 college students. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, businessmen' perceptions on the necessity of motivation competency, goal-setting competency, task performance competency, self-reward competency, and self-management competency in all the self-leadership competency were significantly higher than college students' perceptions. Second, businessmen' perceptions on the current level of goal-setting competency, task performance competency, self-reward competency, and self-management competency were significantly higher than college students' perceptions. And college students' perceptions on motivation competency were significantly higher than businessmen'. Third, the level of educational needs desired by both businessmen and college students descended from motivation competency. The perception gap of self-leadership competency indicates that current college curriculums should be improved and new courses should be designed to meet the requirements of corporations.
